Kwoot SA is the publisher of the Kwoot platform, software for managing quotes and private events for restaurants. As part of the provision of its services, Kwoot SA is required to process personal data.

2.1 Kwoot customer data (restaurant owners)
When creating an account or requesting a demo: name, first name, email, telephone, name of the establishment, country.

• Providing and administering the Kwoot service
• Communicate about product developments and updates
• Respond to support requests

2.2 End customer data (restaurant customers)
Via the quote wizard and the customer portal: name, first name, email, telephone, company (optional), event details.

This data is collected on behalf of the restaurant. Kwoot acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR for this data.

2.3 Navigation data
When visiting the site: IP address, browser, pages visited, session duration. Collected via analysis tools with anonymization.

Data may be shared with technical service providers: Supabase (hosting), PostHog (analytics), Resend (emails), Sentry (monitoring).

No sale of data to third parties.

Transfers outside the EU are governed by standard contractual clauses compliant with the GDPR where applicable.

Kwoot SA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, data isolation by Row-Level Security, restricted access by strong authentication and regular audits.

Kwoot SA reserves the right to modify this policy. In the event of a substantial modification, you will be informed by email or by notification in the application.
